East Wall History Festival 2012
November 10th – November 21st
The East Wall History Festival is taking place from Saturday 10th November until Wednesday 21st November. This year’s programme really does have something for everyone.
We have a number of very interesting events on, and this year we have tried to achieve a balance of purely local interest and that of wider Dublin history.
While we have a number of guest speakers during the festival, a major emphasis has been put on getting people to participate and we have created plenty of opportunities to allow people to share stories and memories they may have. We want everybody to play a part in recording the great history of our community.
Special guest speakers include Ann Matthews, Tony McDonnell, Paul Maher and Padraig Yeates.
