"Pattys Playschool " celebrated
It marked the end of an era , as the innovator of community child care in East Wall was honoured .
On the 1st of March some past and present staff of Daisy Days Crèche and St. Josephs Pre-school met to make a presentation to Patty Griffin . Patty has retired after a lifetime spent looking after the pre-schoolers of East Wall. A great evening was had by all , celebrating Patty’s achievements and wishing her all the best . This was a heartfelt wish on behalf the hundreds of children , parents and staff who were privileged to pass through "Patty’s Playschool".
